Quick meal : Pates au Jambon de Bayonne

Today, I am sharing a quick pasta dish , which is very popular with my family. It is fast and simple. It serves about 6 persons.

You will need :

  •  pasta,
  • 1 green pepper,
  • 1 portebello mushroom( I use the large size) 
  •  6 slices of Prociotto ham , 
  • olive oil ,
  •  cheese .

Let's start!


  1. Cook pasta according to box.
  2.  Slices in small pieces green pepper and mushroom. 
  3.  Slice ham .
  4.  Cook vegetables and pan.
  5.  When pasta and vegetables ready, mixed them together.
  6.  Add a little olive oil, ham and a sprinkle of cheese:)
